Koyorad Cooling Systems, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of high-quality automotive cooling components, including OE aftermarket and all-aluminum radiators, oil coolers, and condensers.
We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help grow our sales by developing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. This role involves managing current accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
Duties:
• Managing assigned accounts
• Processing and overseeing purchase orders
• Visiting customers, establishing and maintaining business relationships
• Analyzing and reporting on individual accounts
• Researching market trends, pricing, demand, supply, and competitors
• Setting up new accounts/cold calling, generating leads
• Attending trade shows
• Answering incoming phone calls
• Assisting with customers' warranties
• Answering technical questions from customers and end users
• Performs other duties as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
• College Degree and 1-2 years of experience in the automotive field or an equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts, engines, and cooling systems preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Organized, professional attitude, and detail-oriented
• Excellent English communication and writing skills
• Self-motivator
